Are you coming to camp?

Arrival time:
You can arrive at the camp site from 1:00 pm. 

Departure time:
Before 12.00h the pitch must be empty again.

Have you rented accommodation?

Arrival time:
From 15.00 o'clock you can enter the accommodation.

Departure time:
You must vacate your accommodation by 10.00 am.

Please make sure that you leave your accommodation in a tidy condition:

• Folded up bed-, bath- and kitchen linen and put it inside by the front door.
• Make sure the kitchen inventory is stored clean and dry in the cabinets. 
• Make sure the floor is 'broom clean
• Make sure the refrigerator is clean, tidy and off and that the door is open
• Set the heating to 10 degrees
• Bring household waste, empty bottles and paper to the recycling centre

Have you rented an accommodation? You will find the wifi code on the front of the information folder in the accommodation. If you are camping at Ommerland you can use the internet in the following ways:

We sort the waste, will you help us? Paper, glass, green and other waste is directly separated in our environmental street, you will find the environmental street at the warehouse of the technical department. Plastic waste is not separated in the recycling centre, our waste processor does this itself from household waste. The plastic in household waste is very different in type, so the waste processor still has to check and separate it for further processing. By doing this itself, the waste processor believes it can achieve better quality in the reuse of delivered waste.

A first aid kit is available at reception and in the catering building for urgent assistance in case of minor accidents. A company emergency worker can be called via the reception desk (0529 - 451362) or the emergency number (06-53697372).

At the reception and in the catering building you will find an AED device. The reception and catering staff have the knowledge to operate it.

At our park we maintain a speed of 15 km per hour, please remember this as soon as you enter the park!

Everyone has vacations and wants to enjoy them optimally, so keep in mind that the nightly rest period is between 23.00 and 07.00. Keep in mind that in high season it can happen that after 23.00 hours you can still hear the sound of activities organized by the park.

We are located in a wooded area and therefore caution with fire is very important.
The lighting of campfires and open fires and the use of fire baskets and garden fireplaces is NOT allowed.

On a summer day a cozy barbecue is required, a gas or electric barbecue is always allowed. For barbecuing with coal the following rules apply:
- Would you like to barbecue with coal? Look at the sign at the front of the park to see if code green applies.
- Use a safe barbecue
- Do not place the barbecue on a soft surface
- Keep the fire extinguishers on hand
- Use lighter cubes and no methylated spirits
- Let the barbecue cool for 12 hours after use
- Ask permission first at the reception. In case of long drought barbecuing is not allowed.

Sometimes it is necessary to run a laundry. Next to the shed of the technical department you will find the washing machines and dryers, tokens are available at the reception.

Dogs are very welcome at Ommerland. The unique thing about our campsite is that you can take up to 4 dogs for free on each camping pitch and annual camping pitch and also in some accommodation (but not on the bed or on the couch!). Of course you want to walk your dog a lot, if you leash him then you can go anywhere on the campsite. At the store, the pool and the sanitary building your dog is not allowed to enter.

Dog Playground

In the special dog playground (next to the catering facilities) your dog is allowed to play and run freely and without a leash with other dogs.

Walk in the woods

Please note that your dog must be on a leash everywhere in the forest.

Dog shower

A free service! You find the dog shower at the back of the sanitary building Ommerbos. To use the hot water you need an Icon key. Did you not receive this key upon arrival? Then you can get it at the reception against a deposit.

Eating out

You can bring your dog to our restaurant. Your dog is welcome on the terrace and in the bar area. Please ensure that your dog is kept on a leash and does not cause any inconvenience (to be judged by the restaurant staff).

Will you be camping with us and would like to watch television? Digital cable television is available on our comfort camping fields. Your television must have a built-in DVB-T tuner and MPEG 4. Most modern television sets from reputable brands are equipped with this as standard, but it is important that you check it. You can consult the manual of your TV for this.

How can you tell if your television is suitable for the digital signal?
Step 1: Turn on your television.
Step 2: In the menu of your television, go to 'search for channels'. Choose antenna and search for channels.

If you receive the channels, your television is suitable for the digital signal.
If you only receive German or English channels without picture then your television has MPEG 2 and your television is not suitable for receiving the digital signal.
Do you have no picture at all? Then your television does not have a built-in DVB-Tuner and MPEG 4.
